One Crazy Ride!

Hey everybody, Thank's again for all the support throughout the entire Mr. Olympia Weekend. It is hard to believe it has come and gone. Just got back from Cali from several photo shoots and also sat in the audience of Dancing with the Stars to cheer on Chuck Liddell. Now it's back to guest posing every weekend. I am currently in Utah for a few appearances and then back to Vegas to shoot My NEW DVD. It is going to be more training oriented and will be available on my website soon. We are also Launching a new T3AM CUTLER apparel line as well as Swollen Monkey gear. Things are crazy right now but I am already back to training and focusing on next year. My weight is over 285lbs now and I am still real lean. Don't forget to check out my website at www.jaycutler.com.

Making History

Wow! What a great weekend of events. I'm exhausted! I want to thank all the fans, the sponsors and the competitors that made this weekend the best in bodybuilding! I also want to thank all the doubters that thought I couldn't win my third Sandow. It definitely helped fuel my fire every day in the gym. I also want to thank everyone that helped me prepare for the show. These things don't happen without the help and support of family and friends. I am going to enjoy this victory and see what happens next.

I Want to Thank the Fans

Last night reminded me of why I love the sport of bodybuilding so much...THE FANS. I want to personally thank all the fans that came to the press conference and the "Meet the Olympians" event last night. The turnout was unbelievable. It's because of you that I get to pursue something I truly love, the Sport of Bodybuilding. Now it is Showtime. I feel I am in the best shape of my life and only have to wait a few more hours now to reveal my new physique. It should be one of the most exciting shows in Olympia history. See you tonight at the pre judging!

What's going on?

Hey everybody! Just wanted to give you an update on my progress. I am currently in the middle of a two day shoot with Muscletech. We shot back training at Gold's yesterday, and as usual, it was a tough workout. I am getting drier by the day as I cut back a little on some of my salt intake. I am now seeing what I am going to look like on stage in just over two weeks. The fans will see a much improved Jay Cutler as my waist has gotten smaller which makes my back and legs appear to be larger. It will be an interesting show and I am excited to be part of it. Check out some of my new clothing and video's available at jaycutler.com. I have a new shirt that I will be unveiling at the Olympia. I'd like to thank the fans for all the support they have given over the years. It truly keeps me going!

Getting Closer

I want to thank all the fans for there support and motivational words during this contest prep. I have a solid team in place with Kerry (my wife) and my training partners. They have helped tremendously and I feel I am in the best shape I can be in just over 3 weeks out. I already have my routine down and have some great music this year. Training couldn't be better. I am in a good groove with my cardio and am eating a ton of fish every day. Now wonder I never eat fish (other than sushi) in the off-season. Looking forward to the "O" and seeing all the fans at the most exciting weekend in bodybuilding!

Blueprints to the Olympia

If you have been following my diet on my website, you pretty much now what it consists of. I get tons of questions on this topic so I am posting it here. I am dieting harder than ever and have added a bit more cardio to this year's preparation. I am doing 40 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning.Usually I do the stepmill. I am consuming 7 to 8 meals a day and training on a 2 day split. Breakfast right now is 20 egg whites with 2 yolks and a serving of grits. I am eating every 2 to 3 hours so my next meal is 14 oz chicken breast with 8 oz of yams. Next meal consist of 16 oz orange roughy with 1 1/2 cups of white rice. The next meal is the same. 16 oz fish and rice. The next meal will be 16 oz orange roughy and 8 oz of yams. I will have one more serving of orange roughy (16 oz) and 1 cup of white rice. I usaually do another 40 minute cardio session an hour or so after that meal. My final meal of the day is usually 16 oz lean beef filet with mixed veggies. I will on occasion substitute Nitrotech for my protein, but for the most part, it's whole food at this point. My weight is staying around 280lbs, so I am still full and getting leaner by the day. That's it for now. Check back in a few day's and I will post my chest workout.

5 Weeks Out!

Wow! The 2009 Mr. Olympia competition is right around the corner. My training and preparation have never been better. I am eating more protein and fewer carbs than I ever have for past competitions. I am also doing more cardio than ever and it is helping out tremendously. I am 280lbs and getting leaner by the day. Today, I trained chest and biceps with my 2 partners and we "killed it". I feel better than ever and I am looking forward to this year's Mr. Olympia because it is wide open. Anybody on that stage has a shot at the Sandow. That is what makes this the most exciting Olympia in year's! Have to go hit that second round of cardio for the day. Stay tuned and check out my new website www.jaycutler.com.
