Flex Photoshoot
At the three week out point now and I am in the middle of a two-day FLEX Magazine photoshoot. We did chest and triceps yesterday and it was an extremely tough workout. Back to the gym today for the leg portion of the shoot. You will be able to see the results of the shoot soon in FLEX Magazine. I am making improvements every day and will be unveiling it all at The Olympia three weeks from today.

Jay has been around awhile and thyats what i love about the guy. Hes an animal in the gym and a buisness man in the office which is why he and Ronnie are so well liked. Unlike so of these idiot pros pros that are here today gone tomorrow.Its not the NFL guys, save your money.
