It was a great day in San Diego at the World Gym of Garnet ave for the big parking lot bash anniversary of Pete Ciccone's 619 Muscle. Tons of Pros came for the occasion including Mr. Olympia himself, Silvio Samuel, Derik Farnsworth, Troy Alves, Rich Jones, Flex Lewis and many more...

Peter and Jessica just returned from Mexico with Trainer of Champions Charles Glass were they conducted seminars for the local bodybuilders, it was a great time and a huge success. Peter was nice enough to send us these pics for you.

Big Toney Freeman was in Venice for a FLEX photoshoot and of course he came by the shop later to say hello and also bring me his brand new DVD called "The XMan Cometh" We watched a little bit of it and I must say it was very well made. It's different than what is out there today, I encourage you to pick it up and check it out, it is available on Toney's site at WWW.TONEYFXMAN.COM or of course, at my Max Muscle Venice.

After many years of absence, Cathy Lefrancois returns to her mother Country of Canada, Vancouver to be exact, after being gone for 8 years, Cathy had the time of her life and enjoyed her trip very much.
She said the fans were so nice and treated her so well that it was very touching.
She says she's all good with her papers and can travel all over the world so she can guest pose and do events anywhere.
Here's a couple of pics of Cathy weighting 148 lbs in very good condition already.
Look how pretty she is!!!
