GUNTER UPDATE!
Yesterday, the gentle giant Gunter Schlierkamp came by Jay Cutler's Max Muscle to tell me about his new venture, "Flexsolate" It is a different kind of straps that helps isolate a certain bodypart as you train by taking the conventional grip out of the movement giving a better and more natural range of motion. Gunter swears by the straps and has been using them since 2005. He came in with his partner, a very nice man by the name of Jerry McGowan.
